How can I find out if a defendant has been released on bond?
The Saginaw County Sheriff's Department will know who is incarcerated at the Saginaw County Jail. To see if the defendant is still incarcerated, you can contact the Wayne County Jail at (859) 547-0404, or you can check online at https://www.saginawcounty.com/courts-public-safety/sheriff/jail/.
How will I know when I should be in court?
